The staff of the Global Change Master Directory (GCMD) have announced the release of a static keyword directory for keyword access. This directory is cached and updated every 6 hours, and offers keywords in compressed static files (RDF, XML, and CSV formats) without 'dynamic query access' or subsetting features.
