WDC - Solar Activity / BASS2000 provides a free access to Solar observations from ground-based observatories in France, as well as from Coimbra (Portugal) and Bruxelles (Belgium). An access to older data is in progress, and synoptic maps of Solar Activity, as well as the associated filaments' descriptions are already available from 1919 to 2002. A high resolution Solar spectrum, ranging from 67 nm to 5400 nm is available and connected through Virtual Observatory tools to VAMDC (Virtual Atomic and Molecular Data Centre) providing information on spectral lines. Various tools are also available such as ephemerides of the Sun, and a catalogue of Solar features (currently in update process) gives background activity of the Sun for more than one Solar cycle. A database of solar features (starting in 1996) including active regions, coronal hole, filaments, prominences, sunspots and type III bursts is also freely available.
